Ms. Judit Hildegard Hajos, Founder IBI

Ms. Judit is the Co-Founder of the Institute for Business and Intelligence at Transitioning Market Economies - since 2017. She took over the IEI and merged with international business network partners to lure cross border growth ventures and business intelligence. She was also the Director of External Relations and Executive Director of the Innovation Project at Central European University Business School — 2011-2017. She was overall responsible for maintaining academic quality, innovative operations and development at the school, collaborating with the Dean, the Rectorate, Faculty, Staff and Students. Chairing the Ethics Committee, Development Committee and member of the Academic Quality Committee. She is also the Co-Founder and Leader of the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (IEI) and the iLab at CEU Business School since 2011. The IEI is a research and practice hub to test new thinking and practice by a novel, cross cultural and cross disciplinary methodology; its activities centered around innovative business and startup development and activities under the New York Module. She was also a Manager of Academic Operations and Outreach at Central European University Business School from 2007 to 2010. She was responsible for operations management.

Ms. Judit was also the Country Representative at MPA Trade Europe Ltd (Austria, Germany, Romania, Hungary) from 2005 to 2007. MPA Ltd is a privately owned mid-sized investment and trade firm. Extensive travel and business development tasks performed mainly in the UK, Romania and homeland Austria. She is also a founding member of the Research University Innovation Network led by UC Berkeley’s SkyDeck Incubator since 2016 and a founding Member of the CEE Women in Leadership Initiative at the FT held Global Board Ready Women Organization since 2012 Leader of the “Women in Business in Transitioning Market Economies” and “Social Entrepreneurship” research groups. She is also an Advisor on International Human Rights, Aid and Development Issues to the Embassy of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta (Hungary, Czech Republic, UK and Germany) since 1999.
